Read a lot of online postings lately n c mainly dissatisfied comments on this insistent n "done deal even if u don't like it" approach by the PM.
A bit sad as after the lky's demise n the good GE2015 recovered votes for PAP, these r signs that the party is back sliding to the arrogant "I know it all" approach of PRE-GE2011 behaviours.
Or maybe the Internet noises r just the vocal minority? They don't mattered!!
2. 11.11 Day
A creation by Chinese company, Alibaba, a few years back k that become an annual "try to beat last year record consumption purchasing" event.
Breaking records for records sake is unsustainable n promote irresponsible conspicuous consumption.
I wonder if anyone bothered to check if they hv used all the purchase they had made last 11.11 Day or they had thrown them away or forgotten their existence?
Is this really a success for human kind? Whatever!!
