"Aloysius Pang: 4th SAF training fatality in 18 months"
The 4th death in 18 mths!
Enough said.
Not sure what the Chief of Defence was saying abt: "lowering the training tempo" will provide improvement to prevent or avoid or stop such deaths?
Each fatal training incident is unique unless there is a systemic failure; which will b catastrophic!
Out of the 4, 3 involved heavy vehiclesof sort. Only the heat stroke case involved physical activity.
The 3 earlier cases had CoI too n we need to know the verdicts n lessons learned to stop any further loss of Sgp sons when they go into NS or Reservist training!
Again, RIP to the young likeable person n condolences to the family. 🙏🙏🙏
