With the Crown Prince talking abtwater is a Johore thing n Federal Gov should not be involved give me this wild idea that Sgp should talk to the Johore to form a NEW country called: SingJo or JoSing!!
Seriously this is viable if both parties.
SingJo will provide the hinterlands n a good size mkt for Sgp.
If need be, called the new country JoSing. Whatever works!! Yes?
