1st of all, heard on 93.8 that DPM Teo "thundered": "Sgp will not be threatened by any countries to xut off our water!" Is this true? Do the g9v know something that we don't as while Dr M mentioned the need to renegotiate the water agreement of 1965 n the Chief Minister of Johore mentioned Msia should increase the raw water price to Sgp by 1600%, which does not represent Msia gov, did Msia "threatened" Sgp?
It is a perplexingly aggressive comment by DPM Teo, if i didn't hear wrongly on 93.8.
Anyway, it will hv to be confronted by both nations eventually n officially. The sooner, the better.
Deal with it officially n officials fr both sides should just shut up if nothing constructive is raised!
2nd, the 2018 World Cup has come to an end. France the victors by 4 to Croatia 2. I can't quite cheer for the France team though they were the favourites as Croatia were unlucky in the 1st half n the penalty awarded in the start of 2nd half.
Nevertheless, a big Thank You to all the teams in this campaign as all hv put up great performances doing themselves n their nations proud.
Our Asian reps didn't just came to make up the numbers as Japan went to the round of 16 n South Korea dumped 2014 Champions Germany out of at the group stage!!
The almost final England will hv to wait at least another 4 yrs b4 they can dream of "Football is coming Hone!" In fact, they hv probably missed their best chance as they had an easy passage to the semi-final b4 falling to the gritty never-say-die Croatia 1:2 in 120mins!!
Final tribute to this 4+m population nation named Croatia for making World Cup history as the smallest nation to make the Final!
