Do these developers know something that the government don't? Despite determined efforts to enlighten the market that such an bloc re-development is NOT a sure-win thingy, the bidders are still very gung ho!
As long as the government will ensure that the HDB flats' prices r DECOUPLED fr the private properties market, I care less.
Just that when the private properties market TANK, MAKE sure the government allows the CRASH to happen as only true boom n bust will the people learn their lessons deeply!!
Of course, the HDB resales mkt may be sucked into this price pressure!! If so, MAKE sure STILL the 1st HDB flat is affordable!!
