1. Minister Shanmugan said the terror attack risk is still high n we hv to look out for it conscientiously for sure.
This is especially so with the festive season coming around!

2. Read in The Sunday Times abt the exorbitant medical care, specifically the medicines, for those patients with rare diseases n was totally shocked!! Sgd24k/mth to 40k!!
It also reported abt the psychological n financial pressures on the caregivers n family members r crushing if the expenses were not covered by insurance or through government medical aid!
It is also mentioned that we may hv 2000 to 3000 such patients that need financial help. I wonder if each Sgp resident n citizen gives sgd1 per week, would that help these folks?
