1. Minister Tan Chuan Jin said exempt operators provide outlets for betting related activities. This comes after the Council of Churches expressed its concerns with possible social issues fr allowing online betting.
I wonder what r the links between prevent8ng crimes n promoting betting legally?
Never mind, it has been decided even if not passed the parliamentary debates yet. Or maybe, hopefully I m wrong as many MPS will veto it assuming the party whip is lifted.
Why not? Sometimes miracle happened!!
ps: would be good for the MHA n SPF to comment if it is impossibly too expensive to fight criminal activities related to not having online betting?
2. PM Lee said India has to make the strategic decision to open up its economy. I wonder why the Indians hv not thought of this given that some of their folks become CEOs of a few Fortune 100 companies in the world after moving to the Western countries!
Or they did not just that the independent states' governmental leaders n cronies hv other ideas??
Anyway, as long as Singapore can benefits, let's do it!!
Question is: what r the terms of reciprocity? Do we need to increase again the intakes of Indian PMETs when the local PMETs r short?
