In Singapore multiracial n multirelgious society where human capital is limited n precious, important jobs r filled by people with credibility n capability without regard to ethnicity n religion. It is how it should be. Fair n equitable treatment to all!
Extremism cannot produce sustainable results in the long term. Sustainable results need the buy in of the majority n forcing one to accept others' suggestions or perspectives will be futile. When the heart is not there, winning an argument with clear rationality means little as the execution will be delayed or sabotaged or mere lip services. Hence, the need to be patient, diligent n persevere with de-radicalisatoon effort. Difficult but a priority!
