Amazing that 5 months have passed us by.
Glad to report actual performance against this year resolutions is not too bad.
1. new work - started helping a friend's charitable organisation hiring physically disabled people to provide bookkeeping services. Wirkimg with 4 lovely n committed staffs who work hard n keen to be independent!!;
2. new work - delivered 2 workshops in Japan in April n May. A 1st n m thankful for the opportunities;
3. Healthy weight - managed to get back down to 75kg consistently through diets of 20% carb n 80% protein with unlimited vegetables!;
4. travel - traveled to Tokyo with mum for her 1st trip to Japan in April. Good trip;
5. exercises - not enough jogging done. To increase deliberately.
Good reminder each time I review the progress or lack of of my new year resolutions.
