my dad passed on yesterday evening after struggling gallantly against prostate cancer for slightly more than 4 years.
he died from pains of the spread of tumour to his leg bones. it was painful to watch him in pains at times. nothing could help short of heavier morphine doses that brought other unintended consequence of overdosing with confused mind n jumbled up speeches n thoughts.
do the trained medical minds really know what they r doing or just doing what makes sense?
let's not get there n let the medical team assess it as best qualified folks to give such opinion.
as for rituals on the day of send off or ore- send off, do the " director" truly know what needs to being done or they r just doing what they had done in the past?
regardless, what matters most to me is what have u agreed? if u keep to that "promise", u r good!!
relatives n friends came to pay respect. many different religions. as long as they pay respects via me, I m good. any rituals will do.
a time to celebrate his life, his past where all wrongs will b forgiven n forgotten. only then will the surviving persons survi
