1st day of February 2016 must be a good day for JUSTICE and a BAD DAY for baddies!
While the 'authorities' in Malaysia had declared everything is hanky dory with this 1MDB saga and that their PM Najib has done no wrong as the amount money that was donated to him is just 'peanut' in the eyes and coffer of his ultra-rich Saudi royals friends, the Swiss and NOW the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), much as it does not want to be involved with this, are investigating transactions linked to 1DMB for 'money laundering' and other 'white-collar' crimes!!
I am sure JUSTICE will be served. In an internationalised world, it is good to know that some BAD THINGS done in one country CAN STILL be uncovered in OTHER COUNTRIES.
This truly ups the game for the justice fighters who had NO JUSTICE at home but now find the international laws giving them a fair shake.
I should just stop here before damaging bilateral tie further as some may not take kindly to the implication of this development on the justice system in a friendly neighbour.
