Had a terrible headache on Wednesday after days of 3-4 hours sleep with the jet lag adjustments. Finally got over it and life begins to be back to normal!!
Went to my 1st American Football college game last night and enjoyed it. It is different and nothing beats watching and experiencing an American iconic lifestyle!
Looking to my 1st jog tomorrow with the temperature rising somewhat!
Not being very diligent with the training since I landed in the USA last Saturday evening.
It shows again how difficulty it is to keep to a disciplined lifestyle while on the road!
Keep focus and keep the faith! Just do it and do it repeatable@
