COMPANIES in Singapore have recruited fengshui masters to help conduct interviews of candidates applying for senior management and financial officers posts, reported Sin Chew Daily."

Well well well. Why not? If the people who hired the fengshui masters believed in fengshui, it probably make a lot of sense to them! Though I am not sure what the candidates will make of it!

Lessons for me are:

1. if you believed it, it will do for you;

2. if your candidates do not believed in it, you may have a problem hiring them after you 'qualified' them! Especially if they found out about the fengshui masters having a hand in 'identifying' them! :-);

3. will I resort to it, most likely not as I don't believe in fengshui though I do understand some of their logic for houses like orientation, layout, etc.

Side story:
The driver who took me from the hotel to the airport in HCM City, Vietnam, this afternoon was stopped by a police and were fined for VND500k. He has been fetching me for the last 5 times and is a good driver in my opinion. When I told him and handed him the VND500k, he was a bit surprised and unsure what to make of it. I told him it is ok as we were probably in a rush due to my late check-out from the hotel. He seemed genuinely grateful. This is good enough for me! This made my day! Smile ...
