Crazy that August month is upon us now! 5 more mths to end of the year! Better go scrub the 2018 Resolutions soon...

"Police arrest man who threatened to blow up pawn shop outside Boon Lay MRT station

SINGAPORE: The man who threatened to blow up a pawn shopoutside Boon Lay MRT station last Saturday after a failed robbery attempt has been arrested, the police said in a statement on Wednesday evening (Aug 1).

The man had entered a ValueMax pawn shop at about 4.30pm, armed with a knife and a gun believed to be a replica, and demanded that an employee hand over cash and jewellery. 

When the employee refused, the man allegedly said he would blow up the shop, claiming he had an explosive device. He fled the scene after throwing an object on the counter."

Well. What can one says abt this pink turban robber? That he is very inexperienced, reckless, careless or just very traditional n loyal to his dress code!? A pink turban is not exactly a fashion statement that can blend into tne crowd if he has to get away quickly right?

Never mind that piece of puzzles. What was he thinking when he tried to "rob" the pawnshop? Did he try to copy the Std Chart robber who passed a written note to the teller n got away with some money? If he did, did he reckon that the teller in this pawnshop is a no-shxt bad ass!!??

However comical it might seem to us after the fact n with his arrest, it must be terrifying for the teller not knowing what this pink turban guy had n could hv done! Just glad that nothing terrible happened n the criminal had been apprehended.

Blessed the pawnshop employee n let justice be served on this pink turban robber.
