Reality is sometimes stranger that fiction! And it seems to be getting more and more so these days. Maybe we are just being more and more 'liberal' and 'expressive'! Maybe we just NO LONGER have any self-respect or respect!!
While it is politically incorrect to comment about the behaviours of a neighbour's President, in what really is none-of-anyone-business except the intended listener, President Obama of the USA, one cannot help but startled at that expression by President Duterte of the Philippines. Sorry, did I get this name spelt correctly?
It is easy to say that: That is him. When one puts it that way, it indeed there is nothing much anyone can do to change the characters of an old dog, or old bitch. Pun intended.
If one says: it is poor vocabulary or poor judgement of the appropriateness of the choice of words, he has a chance to become better. Is he good enough to want to change? Who knows. It seems he sometimes claims that he does not even know why he say what he said! LOL! Okay, maybe I was exaggerating since I have no special access to him though his press folks seem to suggest that!
Again, President Obama has kept his cool and calm. Just cancelled the intended meeting with President Duterte. Take it as the price to pay for dabbling in politics with the politically correctness school on the decline. Witnessed his own USA presidential candidate from the Republican Party!
So, when these are the NORM, respectable people will respect the 'new norm'! Get on with life.
The Philippines still have a lot of things it need the USA to help resolve or support. Maybe the next President of the USA get a bit more respect? If that is the case, the disrespecting one really shows his hands way too early as the next USA President probably won't want to deal with him when his term is coming to an end.
