Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore (SCMS) 2015 is just 30 days away and my preparation is REALLY inadequate! This week in Yangon, I managed to clock ONLY 4km!! So, will have to aim for TWO 21km jog in the open, if NO HAZE, or in the gym!

If the door protective devices DID NOT fail as the HEADLINE suggested THOUGH the next lines said: 'The door protective devices CANNOT be proven reasonably to have failed to function properly on the day of the incident', WHAT caused the lift to 'cut off' the old lady's hand?
Can the EXPERTs and AUTHROTIES at least TRY to create the 'fulcrum' effect theory put forward by the experts in this Report?
Enough said about such report as it appeared to be 'half-hearted' attempt. Is this 'good enough' for world class Singapore?
