Daily Lessons from Life 24 February 2015 - Navy serviceman who lost both legs learning to walk with prosthetic legs

SINGAPORE - Navy serviceman Jason Chee, who lost both his legs after a horrific accident two years ago, is learning to walk again with the use of prosthetic legs and a cane.

He posted a two-minute video on his Facebook page of himself practicing walking with prosthetic legs at a rehabilitation centre, with the text "Walking steadily step by step."

The video has been viewed over 4,700 times."

Mr Jason Chee has plenty of admirers for his absolutely fantastic fighting spirit to get back on his feet after the most cruel and devastating injuries from the horrific accidents!

I have written and declared my admiration for him and I am doing it here again.

All the best Jason on walking, and soon running, with the prosthetic legs as you can teach many Singaporeans and others around the world that with determination and lots and lots of hard work mentally and physically, one can achieve and overcome seemingly insurmountable adversities. Never mind the lemon life handed you. You would probably say: make a lemonade out of the lemon!

Keep walking Mr Jason Chee!!
