It has been a disaster for me after I landed in HCM City, Vietnam on Sunday 20 March 2011 as I did not get to blog at all!!
It is serious sign of being careless and not able to priortize my time to do things that I believed are important.
Seemed like I have overstretched very realizing it.
20 March 2011 - had a dinner with mum, my brother's family and my family to celebrate our eldest duaghter's birthday. It as a good dinner as mum just got off from a shor hospital stay for acute gastric pain.
21 March 2011 - left for HCM City, Vietnam for a 4-day training delivery. Managed to jog at the gym for 75 mins to make my twice a week quota!
22-24 March 2011 - so far so good with the training delivery. Continued to enjoy what I do and have great interaction with the learners at the workshops.
I managed to catch up with some delinquent work for some of my working partners yesterday despite having a terrible headache probably due to mild food poisoning on Tuesday night. Slept at 8pm and got up at 4 am heading for the toilet bowl to vomit! Glad that I got over it. So, back to normal now! Must keep the discipline to blog and reflect daily on what lessons I can learn from the world events!!
