Just got back from Bangkok after a short and intensive workshop for a client. The presentation was relatively well received and that made my day! As facilitator, I always get energized from the positive vibe by the audience. Similarly I will feel a bit down when the vibe is so-so or not favorable. I think it is something I need to overcome as whatever the responses, I should be at peace either way as long as I have given my best effort!
Lessons for me are;
1. Always strive to do your best in everything you do;
2. Don't self-congratulate nor beat yourself badly when the feedback is positive or not so positive! Be conscious of it and adjust to do better next time;
3. There are always room for improvement no matter what we do. Be humble and learn always!
No news headline for today as I head for my shower and a good rest... ZZZzzz.... ;-)
