I was TOTALLY KNOCKED OUT last night after working through the night before and delivering a workshop in the day!
I thought I have better stamina than that but the body is the best machine to tell me that I am NOT young any more! ;-)
It was a good sleep last night and I am getting back my energy and vibe on 22 October 2008 as I write this catch-up piece!!
Well, it will be back to normal now..... Cheers...
