Interesting that these cases r surfacing now. Maybe the gov is FINALLY responding to the concerns of locals who feared or disenchanted with foreigners getting jobs or PR in unscrupulous way by employers n the subjects themselves.
This Filipina n her daugther case is peculiar given the original submissions were in 2008 n 2009 while she was arrested in Oct 2015 only?
Did someone snitch on her? Hv the ICA folks become better at catching fake PR application documentary evidence?
As for the Employer who didn't practice Fair Employment, how can MOM inspectors b more efficient n effective to nab these cheats?
