Looking at the photo of this man, would anyone hv guessed he is capable of such crimes?
A mentally sick person shows no sign of certain extreme mental conditions until s/he acts out.
What is the punishment? Is the person responsible or the "sickness"?
Can 1 ever guard against such crime?
Impossible judging fr this particular case as ALL victims were deceived by his kind n helpful gesture until too late. His victims being intoxicated with alcoholic drinks helped.
Blessed the victims n the culprit though he must face the serious consequences of his sexual exploitation of innocent people!!

When people got overly emotional, bad things happened!
As it is thd Iranian general was taken out n people r mourning n grieving.
N then MORE people got killed sending the dead off! Senseless indeed!
Rationally, Qs must b asked of how the send off process was planned? how did the stampage occurred? could it had been avoided if the planning is perfect? Well, when emotion gets high, the so-called best plan will still fail as the execution sucks!!
3. Baby found alive in rubbish chutes!!
Desperate parents or single parent or whatever? Must b a sad situation when the parents abandone their/his/her kid!!
Life is cruel!! Blessed the baby n the parents. May things work out!!
