When I 1st saw the clip, I thot it was a fake! It is unimaginable how a mere human can kick a PMD rider at speed to the ground! It can't b real!! YET, it IS REAL!! The Certis officer is definitely a Special Force material 4 this super extraordinary kung fu kick!!
What precisely to execute the kick to a speeding PMD!
It is a bit distressing to learn that he might b in a bit of a bother 4 supposedly using excessive force even though the PMD rider had an oversized PMD, illegally modifies to travel at dangerously high speed, n was travelling at high speed n ignoring orders fr the Certis officers (he eluded the 1st Certis officer b4 being kicked off his speeding PMD by this Certis officer!!)!!
I hope this amazing kick Certis officer will get off the hook as he was merely acting out instinctive n at risk to his own safety to kick that PMD rider!
