I will comment about the National Day Rally Speech by our PM Lee tomorrow.
In the meantime, a quick update on my marathon preparation.
I am struggling with the weight management side of things still! Hovering between 75-77kg!! Way off my target of 74-75kg!! So, I have to refocus and work harder and smarter on this.
The training runs are still continuing twice a week. A 11-12km midweek jog or jog/walk/run round the stadium track and a 15-16km long jog and walk on the road at weekend.
Got to try with the energy gel thingy soon as I am still concerned about the cramps in both my legs.
It is still a goal to achieve better than last years 6hr 20min.
